Hi Erica, you can actually create a new tag/folder in the settings page for Subscriptions by clicking on "Change Folder" for a feed, scrolling down to the bottom of your tags, and selecting "Create a New Folder". Admittedly, this isn't easy to find, so we're working on making folder management more convenient in an upcoming release.
